What We Do

At  Sporting Health, we have different sessions we are offering. Here are some of the things that we will be doing and organising in order to help make a difference in the future generations to come physically and mentally.

Bootcamp/Fitness sessions

We are excited to announce a series of Bootcamp and fitness sessions open to everyone, from adults to children aged 14 and up. This is a fantastic opportunity for all to get involved and stay active!

School Fitness Sessions and Talks

This will consist of firstly a Talk in the school to inspire and educate the children on how just a little bit of sport weekly can have a positive impact on the Body and mind. Then it would consist of a weekly in-school or afterschool to show how fun the sessions are and how easy it is to get in exercise while having fun.
